Stepping into the ceremony of Tina and Craig felt like entering a scene straight out of a fairytale. The ceremony took place in the intimate setting of Arun Dell on the Hill, a beautiful garden overflowing with roses. Lisa does such an amazing job to keep the garden looking amazing all year round and gets to reap the rewards of her hard work each time a bride and groom hold a ceremony amongst her flowers.
The day began with an emotional first look down at Proudfoot's on a sunny Thursday afternoon. Surrounded by their closest family members, Craig saw Tina for the first time as his bride. He inconveniently had something in his eye immediately after catching a glimpse of her. Anyone who lays eyes on these photos can see how radiant and beautiful she was not only on the day, but is as a person. Their family watched on as the bride and groom shared a moment together ahead of what would be a jam-packed day of celebrations.
Craig met Tina 14 years ago when she began working for him. Spending the day with these two, it's very clear that fate stepped in and brought them together. They share just the right amount of humour, affection and admiration for each other and are two of the most easy going people to be around.
Making the most of the gloriously sunny day, we managed to squeeze in so many different photo locations, including a glory lap to Thunder Point to take some of my favourite wedding photos yet. It's a special occurrence when you're standing at the top of the world on the cliffs up there with not a breath of wind coming off the ocean.
Craig also had a very specific vision in mind that he wanted help bringing to life. In a tribute to his time with the Dennington Football Club, the scoreboard was arranged to reflect the couple's wedding date. Tina took a moment to soak up the sun while Craig kicked the winning goal, or so he'd like the story recounted.
We eventually finished up our travels at The Cally, where Tina and Craig met up with their guests to share an evening of relaxed celebration and even more photos, much to Craig's disgust.
Tina and Craig, thank you so much for choosing me to be part of your day. I feel so lucky to have been the one to capture your memories and wish you all the happiness for the beginning of your journey as husband and wife.
